Telegram does not provide direct option to delete your account directly in mobile app, but in app it provides a feature that if you will not open your account for some time limit then your account will automatically be deleted after some time, you can select only four time limits as 1 months, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. But if you want to delete your account permanently quickly then you have to use browser.

If you don't want to wait for one month then telegram provides one more feature to delete your account quickly but this feature is not available on app for this you have to use any browser in mobile or dekstop.

To permanently delete your account quickly follow these steps:-

Step 1:- Visit to www.telegram.org.

Step 2:- you will land on the home page of telegram, click on the FAQ text in blue colour available on the upper side of your screen.

Step 3:- on the FAQ page you will see many sections as General, telegram basics, etc. scroll down little and you will se a section name as 'your account', in that section click on 'delete your telegram account'.
